Billing and limits

Understand subscriptions, usage volume, and billing status in Zalify Downpay.

Subscription status

Zalify uses Shopify Billing. If billing is not active, the embedded app asks the merchant to choose a plan before continuing.

Usage is based on tracked deposit order volume. The app reconciles usage through Shopify app billing and shows current plan status in Settings.

Merchants can review billing status and plan limits from Settings inside the embedded Shopify app.
